I am fairly new to NX7 and have been having a tool path issue lately that I cannot resolve. I have attached a photo to help explain my issue. I am using a fixed contour op to profile a concave shape and the tool path comes off the part for the majority of the way, then for no clear reason, starts to fall short of the edge. I have tried to extend off edge, roll tool over edge, set tool clearances to 0 and nothing seems to help. Does anyone no what is going on and how to fix this issue?
Also, I am looking for anyone skilled in NX that lives around/near Bellingham, Washington that could potentially come to our facility and provide some additional NX help/training.
