Tool Path Viz, Show Thickness by Color not working.

Show thickness by color doesn't seem to be working properly. I have searched all over for settings and also tried docs for information but no luck. The color scale seems to be off and it is very difficult to see excess material from .000" to about .060". This is the thickness I need to see for rest machining purposes. Without this function I think my only option would be to do a 3D Dynamic verification then create an excess IPW but that would be time prohibitive to even consider and I'm not even sure it would be an inspect-able result. I seem to remember Show Thickness used to work better; I wonder if a MR broke it.

Are there any settings related to Show Thickness by Color that will help?
