Toolbar colors in NX

I am in NX6.
Is it possible to change the light grey region where the top toolbars are docked? (see attached)
I work with a guy who is a bit color blind and would like to change that color so he can see things better.

Try going to Preferences -> User Interface... -> Layout tab and changing the windows style from 'NX (recommended)' to 'system theme'. That should make the application colors controlled by the windows 'theme' (which you can further customize to your taste).
