My Properties dialog box has diappeared and I cannot figure how to get it back. I have tried the usual ways to turn it back on, but to no avail. Is it possible that I have dragged it off the screen?

Right Click on any tool bar and this will list the available tool bars. Just click the Properties and it will return.

Unfortunately, I have tried that. Ive also tried "ctrl 1", and to turn it on through the tools menu, and the props command. Although these usually work, this isnt the case now. I thinking my next solution will be to reinstall, but Im hoping that I dont have to.

Next question. When you right clicked, did Properties show up as being on already? If it is, could someone have accidently moved it near the edge of the screen so that it is all but impossible to see?

Did You follow my link?

If you think the properties windown should be active, you can try alt-space and then m for move, s for size, d for allow docking or a for auto-hide. Each option may give you an opportunity to make it visible.

Another possibility would be to make the AutoCAD window not full screen.

Another suggestion might be to change your screen resolution to something higher and see if it apppears somewhere.

Good luck !!

Thank you so much, it ended up hiding under the task bar. I appreciate all the help.
