Hi,
How could I resize the Tolbar icons, other then using the "Customize" option? They are too large!
Thanks

Since there are 4 different sizes available on the 'Customize' menu, ranging from 48 x 48 (too large) to 16 x 16 (too small) with two additional sizes in between, 32 x 32 and 24 x 24, I can't imagine that at least one of these will not meet your needs.

Note that I use 24 X 24, but as my eyes get older, I may be forced to move up to 32 X 32 ;-)

Are you saying that having the option of selecting from 4 different sizes of icons is NOT an acceptable situation? Which would then also imply that the 16 x 16 icons are still too large to meet your personal needs, correct?

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. My answer is "Yes"; I'd like to get smaller Toolbar icons, as small as the Menu icons are..!
I'd like to add more icons on the Toolbar menu. The extra small (16) does not allow me to bring more icons.
Thanks

I'm sorry, but 16 x 16 is as small as we're going to go. Too many people are already complaining that many of the icons are too hard now to distinguish one from another and as they get smaller, it gets harder and harder to make them differentiable. Think about it, with a 16 x 16 icon, you have ONLY 256 pixels to create every possible bitmap. If we were to reduce the icon size down to the next logical size, 12 X 12, that would leave us with only 144 pixels, a reduction in available pixels of nearly 44%, yet all that you would gain is 33% more icons per toolbar.

As for your desire to have Toolbar icons as small as the Menu icons, I'm sorry, but they already are. The smallest Toolbar icons, 16 x 16, are identical to the smallest Menu icons, which are also 16 x 16. Don't believe me? Stop and take a very close look. If you do, I think you will see that I'm right.

The only thing that I can recommend is that since these icons are based on screen pixels, make sure that your display is set to the highest resolution supported by your display/graphics drive combo. That way you'll be able to get the maximum number of icons displayed at one time.
