I recently opened the toolbox copied parts folder and was amazed at how many parts there were, we don’t use many toolbox parts in our assemblies
Does any body know of a quick way of finding out which parts are in use and which ones I can delete?
I Know I can use SolidWorks Explore to find ‘were used’ but it takes 20-30 minuets to search each part [sleeping2]
Any suggestions
Jim

That is your only options unless you can write code. Maybe API can get that for you, but there is not any present programs by SW that will tell you which part is used where.

In the long run - Your better off just keeping them anyway. When you upgrade a SP or major version. SW will see they are not there and put them back.
