Why on Toolbox Manager the icons for any of the standard library Fasteners do not appears and instead I get “No Part Preview”?

When trying to insert any of the standard screws, nuts and washers I get this error:

Unable to Open part file “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solidworks Data\Browser\Ansi Metric\washers\flat washer\narrow_AM.sldprt

I added the two Add-Ins; Toolbox and Toolbox Browser. I do not know what else to do. I will love to be able to use Toolbox. I’m Using Windows XP Professional in my one and only computer in my home with SolidWorks Office Professional 2004 SP0

Any help from you guys will be highly appreciated.

Andy

Open Toolbox.ini in notepad and try and look what path is specified in the ini file. Thats what I can think of at this moment.
