Check with Wilson Tool, they certainly have a trumpf tooling cabinet available in the UK.

also Trumpf themselves supply some neat trolleys that hold the tooling in the cartridges ready to load.

When I called trumpf tooling- they said that they didnt have any and they recommend Lista, but I have had very very slow response from the Lista Rep.

Hi,

In the past we have used Rack engineering (rack-eng dot com) out of michigan make our turret punch tooling cabinets. Joe Brisson can help. He will have many questions for you such as...will the punch be stored in or out of the holder, how many tools, vertical or horizontal etc.

They do a great job

efin,
Don't know about totally ready to go cabinets but here's a thought.
Get a cabinet with partitions and spacers. Configure the compartments to your hearts desire. Line the compartments with plastic wrap, like Saran Wrap. Now take some Great Stuff or other expanding foam, squirt some into the bottom of the compartment, fold the wrap over it, and put the tool on top. You might need to experiment a little to get the right combination of foam but seems like you should be able to make a well fitted compartment for any of your tooling.
Custom but cheap!!

Griff,
thats a great Idea, do you have any suggestion as to material I can use to go about doing this?.

Efin,
"Great Stuff" is an insulating foam in an aerosol can and the one I would look for. There are some store brands of the same type material.
We use an expanding foam for packaging so if you pack some fragile components for shipment you might check your shipping department.
For the plastic film, I would start with something cheap off the supermarket shelf.
Happy to be of help but save the praise 'til you see how it works. Let us know.

Griff

Our lista cabinet is on order with seperators, and I will keep you posted on how it goes.
