Tooling question

We are using the TMX 0075-50-14 thread mill tool from Scandanavian Tool Systems. What is the recommended feed and speed to cut 1018 mild steel with a 16 pitch insert in this tool. The cut is interupted. We are having problems with tool breaking.

more information needed. what is the diameter of the thread, internal or external?, horizontal or vertical machine?, bind hole?

please give us link to the tool data (I do not recognize the specific tool but i manufature thousands of therads everyday).
