Torsional vibration calculations

I am looking for a commercially available program to perform torsional vibrations calculations. I am looking at the new DNV program, but if there are alternatives, they are more than welcome. It will be used (mainly) in diesel driven propulsion installations or diesel driven dredge pump installations (multi-engines and branched)
