Toshiba 300s CT scanner

I am a Bio Meidical engineer working on Siemens Cath lab. I am not trained in Toshiba machines. I have to troubleshoot one Toshiba 300S CT scanner. I am sitting in the remote corner of Bangladesh.
The problem associated with the CT is that it is not booting up. ie, if I switch on the system nothing is appearing on the screen. I have a feeling that the hard disc might be corrupted. Is there any way to find oout the probelm?

the toshiba ct scanner hard disk is corrupted. if you have a image disk use it and try to load the system software.
