total emissivity of glass

hi there -
what is the state of art to measure the total emissivity (thermal) of glass? between 0 and 300 degree celsius?
is there a difference between industrial application and laboratory?

The emissivity of glass is quite high, so any decent radiometer used for this purpose will work.
