Total Hydraulic Cost

Hi All! I am trying to create a equation for Total Hydraulic Operating Cost. What would be the parameters for such a equation? I am trying to convince people to use a superior(but more expensive) hydraulic fluid that would reduce heat, increase safety, and increase output power. But the bean counters are hard to convince!
So the Equation would be THOC=Hydraulic Fluid Cost + ?????

What makes the hydraulic fluid superior? Why is it more expensive? Why is heat costing you money? How will your superior fluid increase power output? Is current output power too low? Why?
For those who keep the books, your final has to show the money. What is the current cost of operation? What does it include?

I would think that the financial benefits of increasing output power would be pretty easy to calculate, though.
