Hi guys, we have a moving spreader on rails 11kV/550v Dyn11 TX + 10 amp NER on board fed via a 11kV trailing cable 1,2km with bundle cores + 35mm2 earth core 0.554 Ohms/km how can we achieve touch potential to <50volts rails would also be earthed.
