ASME VIII, Div 1, UG-84, UCS-67, I'm not too sure about B31.3 or 31.1.

AWS D1.1, look at CVN tests in the index (Lots of paragraphs there).

well, you know, section vii div 1 every weld requires impact testing, unless you can claim exemption from one of the paragraphs. But that is a literal translation
