Traffic counter suggestions non-intrusive/safe/roadside

I am looking for traffic counters that can be installed on the roadside. The goal is to vastly increase our safety and the deployment/download speed. The roads are mostly rural 2 lane in the California foothills. My data needs are volume, direction, ADT, and peak hour. I don't need classifications or speed and 2+ lane roads can be done with other counters I already have. I found the brand below and wonder if anyone has used these and if there are other/better options:
