Anyone recommend a good facility for training in power generation (hydro)? This should be for engineers as far as O&M and design and less than two weeks in length. Anyone use any distance learning techniques such as video, etc? Did you like it? Thanks to all for your input.

The United States. I can go to training pretty much anywhere here or even in Canada.

I see many, many power courses around but I am also looking for courses related to the hydroelectric industry. It is tough to find a course that is specifically for hydro. I guess Hydrovision or Waterpower conference seminars are your best bet.
