Trane chiller model RTAC300 run inhibit 1

Dear Sirs,
I am facing a problem with Trane chiller model RTAC300. It shows 'RUN INHIBIT' and can't start the unit. What can be the reasons for this message. And pls advice how can I solve the problem. thank you..

2. Call your Trane representative, or Trane service.
