It's not the same:
11 x 30 deg = 330 deg, or (360-330)= -30 deg

0 x 30 deg = 0 deg.
 
Dyn11 & Dyn1 are easy to build. The plus or minus 30 degree phase shift in the terminal voltages of a Y1 or Y11 is inherent in the delta to wye winding configuration. To do a Dy0 requires more phase shifting windings or a convoluted interconneciton of multiple secondary windings that is not practical. If 0 degree phase shift is needed to match exisitng system phassing look at using YNdyn0 (small tertiary delta winding to handle 3rd harmonics) or a YN-yn0 transformer.
