At work we have a aida tranfer press. We are coming across two problems with it.
First is that the parts sometimes stick to the stripper plates b/c of the oil on the parts and it creates a suction to the stripper plate and the part shifts a little bit.
Second question is how we can possibly compinsate for material variation when forming sheet metal in a channel dye without shimming dyes?
Any insight would be great
Thanks
