Hi,

I have modelled the effect of outside pressure on a can and I am looking to transfer the deformed model to another program.

Does anyone know how to do this?

So far I have only been able to tranfer the un pressure deformed model, but I need to tranfer the squashed model for analysis.

Thanks

Right-click the Results folder in the analysis tree and "Create body from deformed shape" depending on your version, it should save in the same directory as your original file(s).

Interesting to know it's only in Simulation Professional or above..

Thanks for the advice.

I'm running the Academic Version so that option doesn't seem to be there.
