Transfomer Rectifier manufacturing process and duration in detail

Hi ,

Can someone with good electrical background able to share with me how is the fabrication process of the Transformer Rectifier like and how long it take to make one.

This TR has to be ATEX Ex d certified and also enclosure is SS316 material.

Some guru out there place guide me . Thanks.
