We have a 5 MVA aux elevation transformer (3000gls) and I dont have the spec. for the oil that is currently into the transformer, We performed an oil recirculation and I need to complete the oil level adding around 100 gl dielectric oil. Can I just mixed the oils or I have to make oil analisys first??

It is a good idea to test the transformer oil particularly if the last test is older than 1 year.

Probably the transformer manufacturer could help to determine the oil used in the unit. If the information is not available, the oil testing company could help to identify the oil physical and chemical characteristics.
For the best result of cooling and working performance, the new supplemental oil should be compatible with the existing oil in term of type (mineral, silicon, etc), additives, density, viscosity, etc.

We also faced the same problem recently.

I would advise that you test your oil esp for seeing the oxygen inhibitor content. Class I mineral oils have <0.07 % oxygen inhibitor and class II has about 0.2 to 0.3 %. We got the advice from Siemens local transformer factory that oils can be mixed provided that they are of same class.
