Transformer and harmonics

From my earlier post, I said that we're changing our MCC from 480V to 600V, I just found out that the utility is also supplying 600V. So now we're removing the transformer in the system. Does this have any effect on the harmonics of the system?

It depends. Harmonics where? What winding configuration of the transformer being removed? What winding configuration of the transformer(s) that remain?
 
The 600/480V transformer will provide a level of impedance that will limit harmonics to a certain level on the PCC of the primary side.
However, if you are going to 600V from 480V to any harmonic producing load, then you will have to change the product anyway. At this stage you can look to calculate the harmonic distortion.
Harmonic distortion from your products will be current harmonic distoriton. You then need to know the system characteristics (impedance,fault level etc) to determine voltage harmonic distortion.

It's a very complex answer to a simple question and therefore needs more detail to the question.
