Should the electrode (neutral grounded) of an 11kv/400v DY padmount transformer be bonded to the ground electrode of the distribution panel that the transformer powers. The neutral and ground are bonded together at the panel. If the two ground systems should not be connected then what is the minimum separation between the two electrodes?
