Transformer Footings' Isolation/Vibration Pads

All I can find online is good thing about them, any disadvantages from your experience?

- how long do they last in outdoor condition? UV resistant? water resistant?

- did you ever have to replace them?

- how toxic do they burn under fire?

- are they better for larger transformers or smaller?

Normally nitrile rubber pads are used under the transformer tank to reduce the vibrations transmitted to foundations.
