Transformer for test panel

I have an electric motor test panel I purchased input is 4160 volts. I have upgraded my service to 2000 amps and in need to purchase a transformer that will step up from 480v to 4160v. I found a few on ebay.. one was 416/240 lv ---- 4160 HV. Can I use this ?
