Transformer inrush currents

I would like to know more about power transformers (of a high level 100-400kV) inrush currents: percentage of harmonics in typical magnetizing inrush current,factors that determine
the magnitude and duration of magnetizing current inrush? I know the teory but need actual data. I prefer if anyone could point me to some studies and analyses considering the subject.
