Transformer TCC

This is the TCC of a Transformer; both the HV side and LV side relays are plotted.

It seems that relay settings are okay. Is there any possibility that HV relay would be tripped in any other event? If yes, under what situation?

Any possibility? Not enough information. How was the transformer inrush curve developed? What type of transformer? It looks fine in the TCC, but transformer inrush is a complicated event. If this is just a generic inrush curve generated by the software, I'd say there might be some possibility. If it trips, just increase the instantaneous pickup.
