both are the same I think.

a three winding transformer I believe.

primary is delta

secondary is also delta

0 degrees phase shift.

tertiary is Y connected with a phase shift of 330 degrees from primary.

whether Dd0y11 has one primary Delta winding and two Secondary with delta with 0 phase shift and star winding +30 degree phase shift and for Dd0Dy11 has two primary Delta winding and two Secondary with delta with 0 phase shift and star winding +30 degree phase shift. Is this correct

I am not familiar with a two primary transformer. usually they are used in generation stations with LV side connected to two generators. However, at that case, the transformer notation will be different with small "d" for LV side.

National standards recognize only Dd0y11 and not DdoDy11.May be the current user might have thought of two primaries so as to indicate decoupling between the two secondary circuits.
