Transforming objects in NXOpen

Hello everybody:

I need to transform (traslate and rotate) an object from a program.
I want to do the same that we can do interactivelly with the options "Edit - Transform - Reposition".
I'm programming with VisualBasic.Net, but any information will be wellcome.
