My company (transmission system operator) is planning to buy a power line design software. I have done some research and it seems that the best would be PLS CADD and its expansions.
Could anyone please tell me, what programs do you use for line design and analysis?
I would also like to know why PLS CADD is so to say one of the best?
Since we need to organize a procurement, it would be very helpful to read about Your experiences.
