I don't know what it is, but it's definitely not a CATIA term or command.

Curious what the entire question is? Which version of CATIA?

Jack,

That's the question (part of a Catia V21 DMU Navigator Assessment):

1) Course Introduction:

2) Assessment:

3) Question 2 of 17:

So, what "Traverse" is? Based on my intuition, "Traverse" is kind of move tool, isn't it?.................

Yes, generally speaking Traverse means to move from one side to the other

There might be a Traverse command in another CAD system, but not in CATIA. So B is the correct answer to this question.

I.Get.It is one of my favorite training tools! Is it still pretty inexpensive?

I got it now!

"Traverse" maybe a move tool, but for another CAD system (maybe Solid Works).
The question is deceptively...............[bigsmile][bigsmile][bigsmile]

Jack,
IGETIT is not very expensive.
I have been used it for a couple of years.
It doesn't go very deep in details so the user need to get more from a different source.
My company pays for the subscription.
