Is there a way to stop the tree from moving when you expand and collapse folders?
More detailed explanation:
If you expand a folder that has many features your tree view will adjust so you can see what's inside the folder you expanded. This seems like a nice feature.
However, many many times when I collapse a folder, my tree will again re-position itself which can be very annoying because often times I collapse a folder because i'm finished looking in that one and want to then open another folder. The problem is when I collapse the folder and the tree re-positions itself I lose my spot, mentally/visually, so I have to sort of re-visualize and orient myself to the trees new position in order to determine if I need to look up or down the tree.
I agree this seems like a trivial complaint, but I mean this happens constantly and over the course of a work day it's adding mental work load since i'm guessing this happens 100+ times a day.
Imagine your in excel and you want text in a cell to be bold.
Step 1: click the cell
step 2: click BOLD
well imagine if once you clicked the cell in step 1, the bold button moved. That is basically what NX does in this scenario.
I understand if i'm able to toggle this option off I might not like it as I realize that now i'll have extra scroll work occasionally, but at least i'd like to see which way works better for me.
