TRIAXIAL TESTING - SIGMA CU PROGRAM

Dear all,

Please I am having some problems with the program Sigma CU from GEOTAC since this was reinstalled again in the computer.
We have entered the calibration values but it still shows error messages.

In the error file says: Error reading External Load Cell

And when i open the program it takes too much time opening, like it want to corrupt, but also it shows up a message: Encountered error while setting address of module 1.

I am really urgent to solve this problem, because I have samples to test.

Please i appreciate your help with it.

It's probably best if you contact GEOTAC directly.

I'm also not sure this belongs in the Slope Stability sub-forum - better in the Soil Testing one.
