Hi there,

I'm a surveyor who uses both TGO and the Garmin handhelds on just about a daily basis.

My question is this: Is there a way to export points (ie: control points) from TGO into a format that will upload to my Garmin?

Yes I know I can use my RTK unit as a fast static handheld, however I'm looking to find out everything my handheld is capable of doing.

Thanks for the reply's

Greg

Did you ever find a solution to your TGO export problem. If not, I have a solution that works for me using the .gpx fomat. There is also an added benefit using with other "mapping" software such as delorme and mapsource and even Google Earth.
Create a custom export format using the .gpx format as a guide. The header information can simply be copied from the source file. The body requires you to insert "TGO" tags in place of the values for the source tags. Add the end of file footer and all should work fine. I use this on a daily basis. I also have a google earth export.
