Trimble TS305 not working

I'm have an issue with a Trimble Spectra TS305. When I press the power on button, the screen lights up for a second and the turns off and that's it. It is not working. Please check attached video.



What can it be? What can I do?

Ever think about talking to Trimble? Is your battery charged?

Thank you. Yes I tried but did not receive any answer from them. The battery is fully charged (in theory). Is it possible that it might be a damaged battery? Thanks.
