Trouble adding tab to resource bar.

Hi all! i'm trying to add a tab to the resource bar, by dragging it from it's location into nx. However i can't import it this way, and i'm not sure how else to do it, is there an option/role i'm missing?

Can you explain this a little further,. what is it that you are trying to do ?
What should the tab contain ?
drag from where ?
have you tried either Right click on some other tab and...
tried Preferences- Palettes -...
