Trouble in open. CATProduct. Help 1

Hello, I need your help to solve the following problem. I am working with P3 CATIA V5R12, and I sent a. CATProduct which can not open. The program informs me that the following error attached as data.

Do you knowq if the CATProduct and the CATPart are R12 (or lower) ?

If those file came from R13 or over then you need to install a new CATIA code of the same level or above...

Thanks for your help, the file CATProduct was conducted in the R15 and saved as such, which is why I was unable habrirlo in my version R12.
