Is there a test I can do on cured concrete to establish if calcium chloride was added as an accellerent last March 2013? I want to know because it is integral colored concrete which did bloom during cure with a crystalline looking something. We have seen some few and shallow (1/16) inch pop-offs. I fear it may get worse with colder weather. The concrete mix company was specifically ask not to add Calcium chloride to the mix but may have or may have not cleaned well between mixes. Is there a way I can investigate this?
Sincerely.
