Hello, can anyone help me with a problem that I am having with a Trumpf 3030 laser.

We are experiencing a problem with the machine, it is saying a No coolant flow in the aluminum cooling circuit but when we check the flow sensor (replaced it 2 times) it is still the same. When we checked the hose going into the flow sensor, water is coming out. We have tried adjusting the flow sensor to read only a very small amount of water but the error is still popping up.

Anyone got any ideas on this problem?

what's the recommended flow rate?
could you disconnect the return line from that circuit, let it flow into a bucket for a known time, see if it actually flowed the specified amount?
(yeah, that's crude - but you could have a restriction in the circuit somewhere -- maybe the flow sensor is telling the truth?)

Try swapping out the flowmeter from the Cu circuit with the one from the Alu circuit, and see if you get the same error.
Als if you've done a water change recently, and cleaned the cathode cups, you may have a small piece of debris jamming the impeller on the flowmeter
