Trying to source SA-106-B pipe in normalized condition

As described, this material must meet supplementary requirement S9, 'Requirements for Carbon Steel Pipe for Hydrofluoric Acid Alkylation Service'.
Range of diameters is ¾ to 12 inch.

Any suggestions where I can find this stuff?
