I am trying to model a tube frame door with steel welded on the exterior. But everytime I run my analysis my sheets fly off where I put a wind pressure, and go through the door. These sheets are stich welded to the frame at the top and bottom and the only connectors cosmos has are spot welds. Is there a way to get the sheets attached to the frame? This is driving me crazy.

Hi,
try using the "bonded" setting for contact before meshing. This will force the meshes of different parts which share boundaries (edges or surfaces) to have coincident nodes and thus not to displace one relative to the other.

Man, I feel stupid. I didn't select the corners of my tubes so the sheet was connected to the front face of the tube but that face wasn't connected to the rest of the tube so it just flew right on through. I think I've got it now, thanks for the quick responce.
