Tube roller for lean cell

-18-22 gauge
-Range: 4"-6"
-tube height: less that 12"
-Roller should be adjustable on both ends
(one end has a flange, so we need a tight turn on free end)
-easy release.
-powered.

These are specs for a small roller we would like for the lean cell, I'm having hard time finding vendors, if anybody has any info I would appreiciate it.

Slip rolls in that size are commonly 36..48" wide. Is that a problem?
