tubing xml file not recognised

Hi,
We use a customised environment for CATIA here.I am not able to access the project xml file in this customised environment.However the CATDiscipline path has been defined correctly in the environment file under CATEnv folfder.The same is read when i create a copy of that environment and launch it from the desktop.
For better clarity we run a batch file which copies certain files from the server.Any ideas?

i got it.redefined the env of the batch file for our customised environment.Anyway thanks.
