I am due to design a full Circadian Rhythms Illumination System within a Human Behaviour and Sleep Disorders Researching Center in UK, and I have been tasked the duty to investigate the market for a full spectrum Driver / LED / Luminaire that would offer a continuous tuning of the spectrum from 2500K to 6500K, with effective output wavelengths ranging between 430nm and 750nm at full (100%) Intensity.
The components / luminaires shall be both tuneable and dimmable, DALI TD compatible if possible.

Does anyone out there knows of a Company able to supply the required equipment within reasonable times? If so, could the name of the Company / contact address be disclosed?

Thanks for your help... I am looking worldwide, of course...

I don't understand why you wouldn't just get something like this and install them..

You can adjust both brightness and color temperature from 2,200K to 6,000K
AND
1650 to 4900 delivered lumens

All for a day or two of learning and for probably 5% the cost that some company will charge you for doing the same thing.

From the link that itsmoked posted.
FIELD REPLACEABLE DIMMING DRIVER: 0-10V, 100%-10% solid state electronic constant current DIML2 dimming driver with a high power factor
provided standard and sources 2mA. Specify 120V or 277V. Driver complies with IEEEC62.41 surge protection. Multiple dimming driver options are
available; some on-time delay may be experienced, depending on control system used.
COLOR CONTROL: Patented tunable white light transitions color temperature from 6000K to 2200K from a 0-10V signal.

IR, lots of dimable LEDs even with adjustable color temp. But most are two color not full spectrum.
For this work I am guessing that full spectrum (CRI >95) and flicker free are both mandatory.
Some people are very sensitive to these issues.
