Tuned Mass Dampers

I am currently looking to design a steel stack and I need to use a tuned mass damper per ASME STS-1. Does anybody know where I can purchase one?

Warren Environmental provides tuned mass dampers (
I have read a paper published by CICIND where Hamon Custodis ( and Beaumont Chimney ( were involved in a project that used a tuned mass damper on a stack. However, I do not know if one of these companies supplied the damper or if it was purchased from another company.
