hello there,
  our model turbine: A04B-0800-C015 is reached 22976 Hs, and I want connetre what are the procedure to refurbish ... and the time to complete all the steps and quotations ....

Contact the machine tool builder, or Fanuc. They should be able to help you. Depending on machine access, replacing the blower can take from 2 to 4 hours.
