Turn OFF the sticky hand????? 1

This sticky modification hand is killing me. When I try to modifiy a complex part (in part mode), the hand grabs line entities/edges and anything else but the dimension and drags it....sometimes I don't notice that this has happened. My last sheet metal parts from the vendor were incorrect because of this problem.

How do you turn this unhelpful hand off?

A little late but here it is:

In build 2002180 and above there's an undocumented config.pro option called
sketcher_3d_drag no

that disables "mouse-dragging".
