Turning a 410 S.S 15mm round bar to 12.7mm

Hello, our client need 12.7mm 1m long 410 S.S round bars, but we only managed to find 15mm round bars of the material (considering the price), currently we are using centerless grinding to reduce the diameter.
I wanted to know if there is any other ways to do this with reasonable price and the accuracy of 0.35mm?

Or ask for 0.5 inch round bar, which will be exactly 12.7 mm plus or minus mfg. tolerances.

thank you so much for your response unfortunately in Iran round bars are available in mm and for this item there are 12 and 15mm round bars available, that's the whole reason for why we need to reduce it to 12.7mm, it is needed for stem part of American valve which its spare parts are not available here and importing them costs alot.

unfortunately these sizes are not available in Iran we only have 15mm available and importing is not feasible since the quantity is not enough to justify it.
